<li>On 19 December, Bloomberg reported that KKR has emerged as a frontrunner to privatise <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/taiyo-holdings-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:15154:1" rel="noopener">Taiyo Holdings (4626 JP)</a>, but “<em>the tender offer price may be lower than the current price.</em>”</li>
