We have been bullish the 10yr yield from 2.20% with a longer term target above 4%.Long term trendline resistance break and sustained action above the 3% threshold confirms a macro rise in yield that does not come without some surprise in 2019.Macro sequence that typically unfolds on a major trend reversal and breakout requires a re test of the breakout zone and we envision this to unfold in late 2019 to 2020 as global economic growth stumbles.
