Cooks Global Foods (CGF) continues to grow the Esquires network and align store formats with its organic and fairtrade brand values. Constant currency system revenue was up 13% year-on-year to NZ$20.4m, with store numbers up 15% at 90 and like-for-like sales up 0.7%. Management targets 100 stores by end FY17 and 140 by FY18, with store growth mainly in China and it is taking steps to fund the business accordingly.
