<li>Risk of a muted C wave rise that fizzles near 3,950 on the back of recession/growth concerns is becoming more apparent.</li>

<li>This 1-week rally has the NDX(QQQ) testing resistance at its falling wedge pattern; a break above $297 would likely mean this bear market bounce has another 2-4 weeks of upside.</li>

<li>Call was for a ST top Monday for a give back (often hard) and then an upside re test to form a bigger tactical high.</li>
<li>Risk looks more favorable to buy US dips in July with Europe and Asia trailing. Inflation expectations have come off (bear commodity call) and been replaced with recession risk.</li>
</ul>
