Nasdaq-100 Stock Index / Technical Analysis

<ul>
<li>NDX was a favored underperform and short at 16,500 with solid buy zone focused near 15,600/300 where price and trendline support meet.</li>
<li>SPX was due for a pullback after meeting the 4,800 projection while the DJI and NDX failed to register equivalent highs for a case of inter market divergence. </li>
<li>US 10yr yield is attempting to clear the all important 1.69% breakout barrier. Bull triangle to breakout higher. This will directly impact tech.</li>

<li>Our bottom line is that we could not be bearish as long as the IWM is above $208, the IWC is above $134-$135, and the S&amp;P 500 is above 4495.</li>
<li>These support levels have held strong, and we are now seeing the aforementioned risk-off signals starting to abate.</li>
<li>This is an encouraging sign and we remain constructive as long as the above support levels hold.</li>

<li>Treasury yields are not breaking down below 1.40%-1.45% support on the 10-year Treasury yield and 1.76% support on the 30-year Treasury yield.</li>
