The Nikkei 225 dividend futures contracts are among the most widely traded dividend futures in the world with over US$600m of dividend exposure from the futures traded on the SGX and JPX.The Nikkei 225 Dividends in Index Points (DIPS) have grown considerably since 2008. Following the market collapse over the last few weeks, the Dividend Futures contracts have sold off around 25% and almost in line with the move in the <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/nikkei-225" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:22909:1">Nikkei 225 (NKY INDEX)</a>.We estimate a fair value of 390.07 for the Nikkei 225 dividend futures for 2020 and see a 13% upside from current levels.
