<p>I have contributed to several articles on diversity so far. If you are interested, please read "Gender Gap Index and Women Directors", "Social and Human Rights", "Social as well as Familiar Issues", and "Diversity is Strength". As mentioned in my previous articles, diversity is not only an issue related to respect for human rights, but it is also a management issue to accept diverse values in corporate activities that involve various people. In this respect, companies that have not shared such values in the past will need to change their values in the future, and in a sense, they will need to be willing to change their corporate culture. I believe that such willingness is an important key to improving ESG. This time, there is a trend to discuss gender diversity from the aspect of labor productivity, so I would like to think about it again from that perspective.</p>
