Bao Fan, its chairman, CEO, and controlling shareholder. Shares subsequently fell 28%.</li>
<li>Bao is the face of CR and instrumental in client dealing and complex large-scale deal making. Clarification is recommended before investors dip their toe back in the water.</li>
