<p><strong>ADVANC reported 3Q20 net profit of Bt6.5bn (-26%YoY, -7%QoQ). The 9M20 result was slightly lower than our expectations and accounted for 71% of our full-year forecast.</strong></p>
<div>• ARPU and mobile subscriber continued to decrease at Bt237 and 40.9 million subscribers, which lowest in last three-quarter</div>
<div>• Also, gross profit margin narrowed to 36.4% from 40.5% in 3Q19 due to higher amortization from new spectrum.</div>
<div>• 5G mobile packages will slightly uplift average revenue per unit</div>
<div>• We expect 2020-21 results to remain pressured by continued network expansion, both 4G/5G and 2600MHz license amortization and weak consumer spending.</div>

<p><strong>However, we still maintain BUY rating and target price of Bt233.2, derived from a DCF, implying 24.8xPE’21E, 20% premium to the World telecoms sector. Our rating are also backed by (1) reported performance already bottomed out in 3Q20 and expect to recover from 4Q20 onwards (2) stable earnings with 4% dividend yield (3) upside from 5G.</strong></p>
