KADOKAWA DWANGO CORP is a holding company established through the merger of DWAN GO and KADOKAWA. The company publishes a variety of books and magazines as well as produces movies and videos.  KADOKAWA DWANGO CORP also develops and makes int ernet communication tools for cellular phones.

Kadokawa confirmed an initial letter of intent. </li>
<li>The privatisation interest is unsurprising as Kadokawa’s publishing arm, acclaimed intellectual properties, and positioning in the anime industry would be attractive to Sony.</li>
<li>The upside is limited as the last close reflects a significant takeover premium. There is a risk if a binding proposal emerges, it could be takeunder like Bain/T-Gaia.</li>

It is likely that SDHS Group, representing 43.45% of outstanding shares, is seeking to privatise SDHS New Energy through a Cayman scheme. 
Beijing Enterprises Group and CITIC Securities hold potentially blocking stakes and are likely seeking to exit. Our best guess is an offer with a 20%- 30% takeover premium.  


Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy (1250 HK): Privatisation by Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings (412 HK)?

ASM Pacific Technology Limited manufactures semiconductor back end equipment. The Company produces assembly equipment, packaging equipment, surface mount technology equipment, and other equipment. ASM Pacific Technology supplies its products in microelectronics, semiconductor, optoelectronics, and other fields.

ASMPT has been the subject of takeover rumours in the past.</li>

FUJITEC CO., LTD. mainly manufactures elevators, escalators, and sky-parking systems by the orders from customers.  The Company also provides installation and repair services.  Fujitec has manufacturing bases in overseas including the USA, Singapore, Taiwan, and South Korea.
