After the market close on 25 June, SK Innovation announced it will purchase a 30% stake in its lubricant business subsidiary SK Enmove (previously called SK Lubricants) for about 860 billion won and incorporate it as a 100% subsidiary. SK Enmove's initial public offering (IPO), which was originally scheduled to be carried out by next year, has been temporarily suspended.
