<p>Last week, SOE <a href="http://www.sdholding.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sichuan Development Holding</a>, the controlling shareholder of <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/sichuan-road-bridge-co-lt-a" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:17955:1" rel="noopener">Sichuan Road &amp; Bridge Co Lt A (600039 CH)</a> (SRBC), <a href="http://www.scrbc.com.cn/srbc_news/show-1150.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">announced</a> plans to purchase 10% of shares out in SRBC at the partial tender offer price of RMB3.51, a 12.9% premium to last close. </p>

<p>The Offer will lift Sichuan Dev's current stake to 53.62% from 43.62%, strengthening the controlling position of the state-owned entity.</p>

Last week, SOE Sichuan Development Holding, the controlling shareholder of Sichuan Road &amp; Bridge Co Lt A (600039 CH) (SRBC), announced plans to purchase 10% of shares out in SRBC at the partial tender offer price of RMB3.51, a 12.9% premium to last close. 

The Offer will lift Sichuan Dev's current stake to 53.62% from 43.62%, strengthening the controlling position of the state-owned entity.
