Revenue growth could depend heavily on the success of titles such as Fantasy Westward Journey 3D, Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, Pokemon Quest and further development of the Onmyoji IP, as well as maintaining momentum for Youdao. These are bright spots set against the backdrop of increasing competition in the maturing mobile gaming market in China. Thus, even though NetEase is making some inroads overseas, such as in Japan, it is important to examine the likely upward and downward pressures on margins. We do so below.</p>
