We would take the deal.At 10x p/e and 8x EV/EBITDA, at the top end, the IPO offers a reasonable discount to listed peers, while being the market leader in its segment in China and amongst the dominant players globally. The company has a long established track record and reputable shareholders. In addition, the company has been increasing its market share further, owing to the ongoing consolidation.
