Our research strategists seek to highlight securities which we believe are at major inflection points, based on our various technical and quantitative indicators, and offer asymmetric risk/return profiles. Our unique research methodology, centered on relative strength, enables our strategists to deliver superior investment recommendations.

Our process begins by organizing the universe of actively traded stocks into discrete sectors, then into industry groups. We then apply our technical and quantitative tools to identify developing price trends. Once attractive trends are identified within a selected sector or group, we screen for individual stocks which we believe offer the best risk/reward profile. We provide a historical perspective that often reveals, through our long-term charts, how price patterns often repeat themselves over time.

<li>Latest bullish developments include the equal-weighted Nasdaq 100 (QQQE) breaking out from a 4-month base, while Discretionary (XLY) displays a 6-month base breakout and RS is reversing its YTD downtrend</li>

Markets are still busy trying to digest the first rounds of the French Election, with Le Pen’s party looking historically strong.</li><li>Premiums on both French equities and bonds compared to German equivalents remain elevated, but we are starting to see the first signs of markets downscaling the risks of placing money in France.</li><li>One of the main risks of French fixed income (in particular) is the historical selloff in French duration from Japan during periods when right-wing parties are gaining political grounds, just as we saw in 2017 when Le Pen reached the second round.</li></ul>

<li>Core PCE will likely rise 2%QoQ (annualised) in Q2CY24, and 2.5%YoY in Jun'24. The release of those numbers six days before FOMC decision (31/7/24) will likely trigger Jul'24 rate cut. </li>
