And <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/china-mengniu-dairy-co" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:354:1" rel="noopener">Mengniu (2319 HK)</a> may review its relationship if pre-cons are satisfied/waived; or the Offer gets up.</li>
