<li>On the 14th October, <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/hanwha-ocean-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:12531:1" rel="noopener">Hanwha Ocean (042660 KS)</a> and <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/hanwha-aerospace-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:504:1" rel="noopener">Hanwha Aerospace (012450 KS)</a>, collectively holding 24.09% (including shares tendered), <a href="https://links.sgx.com/FileOpen/Revision_of_Offer_Price_and_No_Further_Price_Increase.ashx?App=Announcement&amp;FileID=821892" target="_blank" rel="noopener">revised its Offer to S$0.67/share</a>, conditional on a 50% acceptance hurdle.</li>
<li>That's a 35.4% premium to undisturbed, and a decade high. Terms are best &amp; final. According to the latest dealing disclosure, Hanwha now control 29.5%.</li>
<li>The Circular/Response Doc is <a href="https://links.sgx.com/FileOpen/Offeree%20Circular.ashx?App=Announcement&amp;FileID=822717" target="_blank" rel="noopener">out</a>. The IFA  says fair &amp; reasonable. More importantly, <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/dyna-mac-holdings-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:16153:1" rel="noopener">Dyna Mac (DMHL SP)</a>’s independent directors recommend shareholders accept the Offer. No word from the Lim Estate.</li>
