<li>The Offer remains subject to approval from the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore. Public feedback closed on the 18th October. No date on a decision is currently available. </li>
<li>The Lim Estate, holding ~31%,  has not yet tendered. But they will do so shortly - according to a media announcement - as the Hanwha Group inches towards compulsory acquisition. </li>

<li>That's a 35.4% premium to undisturbed, and a decade high. Terms are best &amp; final. According to the latest dealing disclosure, Hanwha now control 29.5%.</li>

That's a 35.4% premium to undisturbed, and a decade high. Terms are best &amp; final. According to the latest dealing disclosure, Hanwha now control 29.5%.
