We cover all listing across the Asia Pacific along with follow-up placements. As of Dec 2020, our team had covered 539 IPOs with a hit rate of 73.5% and 685 placements with a hit rate of 66.8%.

We combine fundamental bottom-up views with our proprietary quantitative framework to provide a holistic coverage across new listings and placements. Our coverage includes pre-IPO notes before the deal is launched, follow-up analysis once the deal is live and post-listing trading analysis as well.

Vision Research was formed in 2004 with the vision of generating the best possible fundamental analysis and investment research for smid cap US equities. In 2008, we broadened our coverage to include mid/large cap US stocks.  After researching a  few ideas outside the US each year for a number of years, we launched a dedicated non-US equity product at the end of 2015. It broke the downtrend from August 2021 with the inside days in the last two trading sessions. It looks like it will test the breakout and cover it next week.</li></ul>

<li>TL was the largest producer of mined lithium globally in terms of output in 2020 and ranked third in terms of revenue generated from lithium in 2020.</li>
<li>In this note, we take about the deal pricing and run the deal through our ECM framework.</li>
