This week it's pulling back, but MRM pattern readings forecast a very short-lived pullback (-1 to -2 weeks).</li>
<li>The suggested strategy is: let the index play out its pullback (warning: it can be volatile) and then enter LONG trades when the probability is good.</li>
<li>
Suggested support price areas are between 18965 (Q2) and 18732 (Q3) - or this Friday at Close (as long as the close is negative).</li>

<li>Vinda said its 1Q23 operating profit declined 85.4% to HK$65mn. Vinda also announced its controlling shareholder <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/essity-ab" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:28203:1" rel="noopener">Essity (ESSITYB SS)</a> will commence a strategic review of its 51.59% ownership.</li>
<li>A long-term shareholder potentially seeking a possible divestment, shortly after a company announces poor results, is not a great look.</li>

<li>We list 10 potential inclusions in June. Adding all 10 stocks will lead to around 5% one-way turnover, so there could be a mix of larger and smaller stocks added.</li>
<li>There will be at least 1x ADV to trade on nearly all inclusions. Short interest is over 4% of float on some stocks and there has been a recent jump.</li>
