Raffles Medical Group Limited is a health care provider.  The Company operates medical clinics, imaging centers, and medical laboratories.  Raffles provides general and specialized medical, medical evacuation, medical advisory, and dental treatment services.

RMG does look attractive compared to regional healthcare plays. </li>
<li>FY23 numbers did no favours - top/bottom line y-o-y contraction of 14.1% and 37.1% respectively.  Yet its emerging China ops show promise. </li>
<li>Of interest is Loo Choon Yong, RMG's founder and major shareholder, who continues adding to his stake, and now holds 54.944%, up from <a href="https://links.sgx.com/FileOpen/_Form%201%20-%20Dr%20Loo%20Choon%20Yong%20-%2028%20February%202024.ashx?App=Announcement&amp;FileID=790183" target="_blank" rel="noopener">53.033%</a> at the beginning of the year.</li>

Shares of integrated private healthcare provider Raffles Medical Group (RFMD SP) are currently languishing around a three low. RMG does look attractive compared to regional healthcare plays.

Of interest is Loo Choon Yong, RMG's founder and major shareholder, who continues adding to his stake, and now holds 54.944%, up from 53.033% at the beginning of the year.

FANCL CORPORATION produces and sells additive-free skin care cosmetics for both women and men.  The Company's products include cleansing creams, hair care goods such as shampoos and conditioners, and facial make up products.  Fancl also makes and distributes dietary supplements including royal jelly and various tablets with extracted essence from mushrooms, garlic, ginseng, and soy beans.

Keisei Electric Railway Co., Ltd. provides passenger rail and bus transportation services in the Metropolitan Tokyo and Chiba prefecture areas.  The Company operates department and supermarket stores, hotels, travel agents, movie theater and restaurants, and sells, leases, and maintains real estate.  Keisei Electric is a shareholder of Oriental Land Co., Ltd. which operates Tokyo Disneyland.

<li>No surprise: <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/keisei-electric-railway-co" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:10876:1" rel="noopener">Keisei Electric Railway (9009 JP)</a> shareholders voted down Palliser's proposal. If the vote was close, Palliser may ups its rhetorical game, and takes a harder stance.</li>
<li>Argyle failed to boot one <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/china-merchants-china-direct-investments" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:6862:1" rel="noopener">CMCDI (133 HK)</a> director. They'll next target the management agreement renewal; and agitate the company buy back 20% of shares outstanding at 90% of NAV.</li>
