Beijing Capital Grand (1329 HK) (BCG), a commercial property developer in China, is currently suspended pursuant to the Takeovers Code. 

Beijing Capital Land Ltd H (2868 HK) (BCL) holds a 65.72% stake, having secured majority control in Juda International, as BCG was then known, in November 2013. 
BCG has been a forgettable stock since 4Q16. Expect a forthcoming Scheme from BCL, perhaps at ~HK$0.75/share.

As is <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/viva-goods-company-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:15864:1" rel="noopener">Viva Goods (933 HK)</a>, Bossini's largest shareholder, with 62.91%.</li>

<li>We expect 33 of the 38 HSCI inclusions to be added to Stock Connect while we expect 27 of the 29 HSCI deletions to be removed from Southbound Stock Connect.</li>
<li>Since the start of the calendar year, shares held though Southbound Connect have increased in 22 of the 27 HSCI deletions that will also be removed from Stock Connect.</li>

<li>There are stocks that have a very high percentage of holdings via Stock Connect and there could be some unwinding prior to the stocks becoming Sell-only.</li>
</ul>
