<p><strong>Our base case valuation of Cloopen Group Holdings is EV of $3.0 billion and implied market cap of $3.3 billion. This represents implied price per share of $22.2 per share, representing 48% higher than the high end of the IPO price range of $15 per share. <li>The shortlist includes a consortium led by Oneconnect Financial Technology Co against a group led by PCCW Ltd and a winner is expected to be announced during this month.</li>
<li>We believe that Oneconnect together with ATOS would have more experience with handling projects of this nature. However, PCCW has a strong experience which can compensate for iFAST’s relative lack of experience. Similarly, iFAST’s speciality and knowledge in investment products and services can add more value and perspective to the project.</li>
