<li>Xinyi Glass formed a JV with <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/xinyi-solar-holdings-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:318:1" rel="noopener">Xinyi Solar Holdings (968 HK)</a> to set up a polysilicon manufacturing facility. </li>
