<p><strong>We maintain BUY rating, with new 2022E target price of Bt103.00, from B90, derived from 38.4x PE’22E, which is +1 SD of its 5-year trading average.</strong></p><div>• KCE net profit in 2Q21 was Bt620m (+770%YoY, +23% QoQ). The strong performance was driven by solid profit margin which expanded upon selling price adjustment.</div><div></div><div>• Covid situation that hit KCE in late of June to early of July have already subdued.</div><div></div><div>• There were extra SG&amp;A expenses in 2Q21, which should be lower in 3Q21.</div><div></div><div>• Its margin could expand in 3Q21 given the fully realization of price adjustment, Baht depreciation and better efficiency.</div><div></div><div>• An existing capacity expansion was delayed by little, due to Covid situation.</div><div></div><div>• The new facility investment is on track, which should add more high-end product capacity in 2H22E.</div><div></div><div>• The growth in 2022E is promising given the demand from existing customers and new customers in the pipeline.</div>
