JD Industrials (2231713D CH) is looking to raise about US$1bn in its upcoming HK IPO. The deal will be run by Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and Haitong International.

<li>Alibaba is our top pick for its improving fundamentals and discounted valuation. We are positive on Meituan for the near term but underweight PDD and see JD fairly priced.</li>

<li>Total short notional of the KOSPI and KOSDAQ market has moved up since end-December and is in line with the move higher in the <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/korea-stock-exchange-kospi-200-index" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:26021:1" rel="noopener">KOSPI2 INDEX</a> and <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/kosdaq-150-index" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:31077:1" rel="noopener">KOSDAQ 150 Index</a>.</li>
