Open House Co.,Ltd. provides real estate services. The Company offers services including renting, buying, selling and appraising real estate.

Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc. sells and leases condominiums, residential houses, and office buildings.  The Company also manages REITs, real estate development, and consulting services.

AEON Mall Co., Ltd. develops, manages, and maintains large-scale shopping malls throughout Japan. The Company develops shopping malls, rent the space, manages and maintains the shopping malls.

Relo Group Inc. provides maintenance and management services of houses for expatriates and rents out monthly apartment and housings.  The Company also provides welfare services for corporations.

Leopalace21 Corp constructs, sells, leases, and manages apartments. The Company also  operates hotels and resort business, broadband communication business and elderly care business.

HEIWA REAL ESTATE CO., LTD. develops, constructs, sells, and leases real estate properties.  The Company also provides brokerage services on residential and commercial buildings as well as maintenance services.  Heiwa Real Estate provides consulting services on real estate and develops and operates resort places and facilities.

TOSEI CORPORATION develops and sells residential properties and leases office facilities in central Tokyo.  The Company also invests in real estate and manages investment trust funds such as the Argo Fund.

Ayala Land is the largest property developer in the Philippines with a track record in developing large-scale, integrated, mixed-use, and sustainable estates. It offers a balanced and complementary mix of residential developments, shopping centers, offices, hotels and resorts, construction, property management and strategic investments.

Wingtech Technology Co.,Ltd manufactures communications equipment. The Company produces mobile phones, tablets, smart devices, and other equipment. Wingtech Technology also operates real estate development, hotel management, financing, and other businesses.

Oberoi Realty LTD., is a real estate development company operating in Mumbai, focused on premium developments. The Company's main focus is residential projects but they also have a diversified portfolio of projects covering segments of the real estate market, which target the upper end of the respective income or market segment.

Longfor Properties Co. Ltd. operates in the property development, property investment and property management businesses in China.

Phoenix Mills Ltd. is engaged, directly and through its subsidiaries and investments in the business of ownership, management, and development of large-format retail-led mixed use properties.
