Ishan has nearly a decade of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs), Venture Capital Investing, Corporate Strategy, and Valuation in front-office roles at the likes of BNP Paribas CIB, Credit Agricole CIB, Groupe Danone, and TIW Private Equity. He has worked on and closed multiple acquisition deals, leveraged buyouts, and start-up investment transactions.

<ul><li>FuelCell Energy has had a phenomenal runup over the past weeks as the company managed to deliver a decent result with higher revenues in the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal.</li><li>In the third quarter, the company achieved a 43% growth as compared to the prior-year quarter with a large chunk of the revenues coming from service agreements and licenses.</li><li>This stream increased by a staggering 102% to $14.3 million whereas the company’s Generation revenues increased by 32% to $6.2 million, but it suffered a 9% drop in Advanced Technology contract revenues.</li></ul>

This number will increase over the next few rebalances as the target is to get up to at least 100 constituent stocks.With index weight dependent on free float market cap and turnover, plus capping of index weight dependent on exposure scores, this is going to be a large rebalance.
