<li>This deal break caught many, including me, off guard. There are lessons to be learnt and questions to be asked. </li>
<li>Shareholders will have a bruising Monday. Our analysis suggests a deal break price of around HK$3.44, a 10% downside to the last close.</li>

<li>We predict that due to the early opening of TCM formula granules VBP in some provinces and intensifying competition, the market pattern of TCM formula granules would face reshaping.</li>
<li>After the atropine eye drops is approved by the NMPA, Xingqi’s performance growth will accelerate. Supported by favorable policies, its market value is expected to reach above RMB30 billion.</li>

<li>Since 2019, the ADC drug market has entered a period of rapid growth, the significance of which is that the good story of ADC CXO is able to continue.</li>
<li>Innovent divested important subsidiary at low price, which apparently "irritated" investors. Valuation of Innovent will move towards traditional enterprise such as CSPC. Time to offload Innovent as investment logic changes.</li>
