China Tourism Group Duty Free Corp Ltd (601888 CH) has launched its H Share listing at HK$143.50-165.50 per share. Pricing is on 18 August and listing on 25 August.

FSN E-commerce (Nykaa) aims to raise around US$720m, via selling a mix of primary and secondary shares in its Indian IPO. Nykaa is a lifestyle focussed e-commerce platform and consumer brand offering a portfolio of beauty, personal care and fashion products, including its own branded products. As per RedSeer, it was the largest Specialty Beauty and Personal Care Platform in India in terms of value of products sold in FY21.As of March 21, it had 43.7m cumulative downloads across all its mobile applications. Its offline channel comprises 73 physical stores across 38 cities in India. It reported a gross merchandise value (GMV) of INR40,459.8m (around US$550m) in FY21. Nykaa’s GMV, revenue and gross profit have more than doubled over FY19-21, even though the company suffered from a drop in orders due to COVID-19 in 4Q20 and 1Q21. Overall, GMV grew by 62.7% in FY20 and 50.7% in FY21. It currently has a market cap of 1.3 trillion won ($1.2 billion).On 26 April 2021 (after market close), Cosmax announced that it will issue 1.3 million shares to raise 144.3 billion won. After this announcement, the stock fell 11.5% on the following day. Since then, the stock price has recovered nicely. From 26 April to 8 June 2021, Cosmax's share price is down 3%. The expected rights offering price is 103,000 won and based on the current price of 130,000 won, it represents a 26.2% upside. Given this solid upside and the recent recovery of the stock price, there is likely to be relatively solid demand for this rights offering. The rights offering subscription dates for the existing shareholders are from 17 to 18 June 2021. The new shares listing date is on 8 July.
