<li>For mature leading enterprises in home appliance industry, a valuation of 10-20x PE is reasonable, which means market value of RMB370-740 billion, assuming 2024 net profit would reach RMB37 billion.</li>

NVR, Inc. builds and markets homes and conducts mortgage banking activities. The Company builds single-family detached homes, townhomes, and condominium buildings under the Ryan Homes, NVHomes, and other tradenames. PulteGroup Inc. sells and constructs homes, and purchases, develops, and sells residential land and develops active adult communities.
