<li>The first buyable area for a LONG trade, this week, is 39600 and 39300 (this week) and down to 38100 (next week).</li>
<li>The index should restart its rally after the pullback, and there is a good chance the pullback won't last for more than 1-2 weeks.</li>

The Nikkei 225 INDEX is initiating a pullback that should be a buy-the-dip opportunity.

<li>The index may rise for another week (this week) according to our models, then the chances for a WEEKLY pullback will become substantial.</li>
<li>Look at resistance targets in the 37200-37900 price area to place SHORT trades, target 1 week, then close the trade.</li>

<li>The index at the moment is very overbought, we expect some form of WEEKLY pullback soon, please consult <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/insights/eqd-nikkei-225-weekly-lift-off-can-it-go-higher" target="_blank" rel="noopener">our previous insight</a> to find the WEEKLY resistance levels.</li>
<li>The pullback should be seen as a WEEKLY pullback within a larger, longer MONTHLY (multi-month) uptrend, i.e. an opportunity to buy and/or add positions at better prices. </li>
</ul>
