He has a dual Master’s degree in Financial Engineering and Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. SHR is a diversified REIT with core assets of high-quality residential properties and office buildings in Japan.</p><div class="content-highlight"><p>The proceeds from the placement will be used to partly fund the JPY70.1 billion ($637 million) acquisitions of seven properties.
