Samsung Life and Fire just pulled the trigger on offloading Sammy Electronics shares post-close. Life’s dumping 4.25M shares (KRW 236.4B), trimming its stake to 8.44%, while Fire’s offloading 743K (KRW 41.3B), cutting to 1.48%. Both trades go down via pre-market block deals on the 12th. This clears the overhang from Sammy’s KRW 3T buyback—expect dividends to take the front seat over more buybacks.
