• Metlifecare Ltd (MET NZ) trades tight to terms as its board and 42% of the register support EQT's revised Offer.

• After Toshiba Machine (6104 JP) announced it would submit its shares in Nuflare Technology (6256 JP) on Wednesday, large Toshiba Machine shareholder Office Support told Toshiba Machine it would launch a Tender Offer for the company (quantity and price terms still unknown) on Monday with the commencement of the Tender Offer on Tuesday 21 January. The company responded via TDnet posting on Friday evening with a policy which could include the issuance of zero strike warrants where a Large Scale Purchaser would be deemed Unqualified, and their warrants would not be exerciseable. This will get interesting.
