<li>The Offer remains subject to approval from the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore. Public feedback closed on the 18th October. No date on a decision is currently available. </li>
<li>The Lim Estate, holding ~31%,  has not <em>yet</em> tendered. But they will do so shortly - according to a media announcement - as the Hanwha Group inches towards compulsory acquisition. </li>

Dyna Mac Holdings (DMHL SP) announced very early this morning that the Hanwha Group now holds &gt;50% of shares, satisfying the tendering condition.
