True Corp Pcl (TRUE TB) is looking to raise around US$102m by trimming a portion of its stake in Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund (DIF TB).
While we wouldn’t outright say that the deal is well flagged, True Corporation has trimmed its stake multiple times in the past. 
The deal would be a large one, representing 25 days of three month ADV.
