<li>Dye &amp; Durham has reduced its Offer price for <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/link-administration-holdings-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:970:1" rel="noopener">Link Administration (LNK AU)</a> to $4.30/share, down from $5.50/share. It still may get board support.</li>
<li>A 40-45% discount is about the narrowest <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/bank-of-kyoto" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:5248:1" rel="noopener">Bank of Kyoto (8369 JP)</a> should get to. For that, there is probably 15-20% upside. But like all holdco trades, trade the range.</li>

The Scheme Booklet for the Apollo-THL Deal was published yesterday. The Scheme Meeting will be held at 10.00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 20th April 2022.

The spread has contracted since my previous insight Apollo - THL: Scrip Merger of RV Travel Companies Trading Wide Now. Below is an update on this situation. 


Apollo - THL: Scheme Booklet Out, Meeting on 20th April 2022

The holding in Oriental Land is now worth 275% of Keisei's market cap. </li>
<li>The fact that we don't KNOW what Murakami-san did and <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/shinsei-bank-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:16897:1" rel="noopener">Shinsei Bank (8303 JP)</a> shares fell in large volume Friday AND pro-ration was 100% will lead to higher-than-expectd volatility.</li>
<li>The placement, the pledge, the connected party transaction, and a large parcel of shares moving into CCASS (ostensibly the founder/chairman's), suggest all is not well with <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/shimao-property-holdings-limited" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:8375:1" rel="noopener">Shimao Property (813 HK)</a>. </li>
