At the mid-point of the IPO price range, the net proceeds are $294.5 million, below the rumoured $400 million raise target. TDCX has received indications of interest worth 2% of the ADSs being offered from the founder, directors and officers. <p>In last week's <em>Int'l Compass</em> (Sept. 2), we highlighted emerging markets (EEM-US, Shanghai Comp) and Japan (TOPIX, TOPIX Small) as areas of bullish interest, with short-term bullish inflections suggesting the tide was turning in favor of these markets. This remains the focus in today's report, and especially on Japan; bullish price inflections and breakouts have started to proliferate, which suggests this could be the start of a broad-based rally for Japan in the weeks and months ahead.</p>

<p>While the major averages are stalling below major resistance and their direction is unclear, there are many individual stocks that continue to act well and that are offering fantastic entry points at current levels. <strong>Health Care </strong>and <strong>Technology </strong>remain our two favorite global Sectors, and they are outperforming across all major markets including the US, Europe, Japan, and China. Remain overweight/add exposure. <strong>Consumer Staples </strong>is another leadership Sector, particularly in the Asia/Pacific region. Lastly, we are also continuing to expand our recommendations to include <strong>bottom-up ideas within several other Sectors </strong>as the market goes through a bottoming process.</p>
