Kolao Holdings retails new and used cars, and provided repairs and maintenance services in Laos.  The company also retails motorcycles and automobile parts.

Seobu T&D operates a truck terminal and gas stations. The Company also provides freight and real estate leasing services.

LS Networks Co., Ltd. manufactures leather and athletic shoes, sports apparel, golf accessories, and leisure items.  The Company also operates a building leasing business.

Lotte Himart Company, Ltd. offers retailing and distribution services for consum er electronics and household appliances.  The Company offers a wide range of ele ctronic goods including TV, cell phones, computers, printers, GPS, digital camer as and MP3 as well as household appliances including refrigerators, microwaves, hair dryers and vacuum cleaners.

Deutsch Motors Inc. operates automobile dealership for new and used cars.  The Company also rents and leases the motor vehicles and provides after-sales services.  Deutsch Motors' cars include BMW and BMW's Mini.

Daesung Industrial Co., Ltd. purchases and distributes petroleum and gas products through its gasoline stations and propane gas filling stations. The Company also distributes electricity, offers construction services, and manufactures industrial machinery.  In addition, Daesung Industrial invests in venture capital through its subsidiary.

The Leadcorp, Inc. specializes in small-scale consumer financing. The Company also distributes petroleum products and operates gas stations and highway rest stop businesses in Chungcheong region.

Hyundai Home Shopping Network Corporation  mechandises consumer products. The Company's products include clothes, home appliances, food, and luxuries. Hyundai Home Shopping retails through TV home shoppoing channels, catalogs, and the Inte rnet shopping mall.

Joshin Denki Co., Ltd. operates a chain store specialized in household appliances and computers.  The Company also sells its products through catalog shopping and on-line shopping.  Joshin Denki operates its own stores and also franchise stores.

GEO Holdings Corporation operates stores that rent and sell videos, CDs, DVDs, games, and books nationwide. The Company also buys and sells used books and CDs. GEO operates its own stores and also franchise stores.

Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc. sells home furnishings.  The Company stores are located in southern and central United States.  Haverty's offers brand name furniture, such as Broyhill, Thomasville, Lane/Action, La-Z-Boy, and Clayton Marcus.

Wuxi Commercial Mansion Grand Orient Co., Ltd. operates a department store retail business. Its department stores sell a variety of products including home appliances, apparel, textiles, and leather products.  Wuxi Commercial also sells cars. The Company sells its general merchandise through its own website www.eastall.com and has operation in food serve.

AOYAMA TRADING Co., Ltd. is a menswear chain store known as Yofuku-no-Aoyama. The Company sells suits, jacket, formal wears, casual wears, shirts, ties, and business shoes.  The Company also operates credit card business.

UNITED ARROWS LTD., operates fashion stores, specializing in casual clothing and accessory for men and women.  The Company has stores nationwide.  Main forces are United Arrows, Green Label Relaxing and Chrome Hearts.

America's Car-Mart, Inc, sells and finances the sale of used automobiles and trucks.  The Company operates its dealerships primarily in small cities and rural locations throughout the South-Central United States and provides financing for substantially all of its customers.  Car-Mart's customers are principally consumers with limited or damaged credit histories.

Designer Brands Inc. designs, produces, and retails footwear and accessories. The Company offers shoes, boots, sandals, sneakers, socks, handbags, and accessories. Designer Brands serves customers in the United States.

SOCAR Inc. operates as a car dealer company. The Company provides car sharing, autonomous shuttle, and other related services. SOCAR markets its products worldwide.
