<li>The company announced a share buyback program this morning.  The company targets to repurchase up to USD200m, which is around 4.3% of the total shares outstanding.</li>
<li>With the announcement of the share buyback plan, it offers an attractive entry point for the stock, as I like the fundamentals of the company and the valuation is cheap. </li>

<li>With the reopening of China and the ongoing recovery in travel globally, Samsonite's net sales improved markedly across all regions. 1H23 profit gained 185.3% versus 1H22.</li>
<li>FY23 figures should be out in the middle of next month.</li>

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd provides a wide range of mid-priced garments for men. The Company's collection includes internationally styled formal, elite, casual, party, and wedding apparel.
