The Offer Price will NOT be increased. </li>
<li>The Circular was <a href="https://links.sgx.com/FileOpen/3.%20RPH_Circular_to_Shareholders.ashx?App=Announcement&amp;FileID=698112" target="_blank" rel="noopener">dispatched</a> yesterday (the Offer Doc was <a href="https://links.sgx.com/FileOpen/Roxy-Pacific%20Holdings%20Limited%20Offer%20Document%2005.01.22.ashx?App=Announcement&amp;FileID=696789" target="_blank" rel="noopener">issued</a> on the 5 January), in which the IFA considered the terms not fair but reasonable). </li>
