<li><strong>Regarding the consignment management, the KOSPI + KOSDAQ 100 stocks are currently used as benchmarks. This benchmark is reorganized into KOSPI + KOSDAQ 150, with 50 KOSDAQ stocks added.</strong></li>

<p>The Korea Exchange announced its KOSDAQ150 and KRX300 indices rebalances today. There were 17 new additions and 17 deletions for KOSDAQ150. </p><p>Most of the stocks that were expected to be included in KOSDAQ 150 were officially included in the rebalance. However there were a few surprises. For example <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/nanos-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:16796:1" rel="noopener">Nanos Co Ltd (151910 KS),</a>which was one of the stocks that was expected to be included in KOSDAQ150, did not get included in this indext this time. On the other hand, the following stocks including <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/sang-a-frontec-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:20692:1" rel="noopener">Sang A Frontec (089980 KS)</a>, Novarex (194700 KS(, CIS (222080 KS), MedPacto (215980 KS), <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/koreacenter-com-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:28329:1" rel="noopener">Koreacenter.com Co Ltd (290510 KS)</a>, and Soulbrain (357780 KS) which were not on the top of the lists of getting selected into the KOSDAQ150 index by the locals, were formally selected be part of the new KOSDAQ150 inclusions.  </p><p>The Korea Exchange also made changes to the KRX300 index. The IPO price range is from 8,500 won to 10,500 won. The IPO base deal size is from US$80 million to US$98 million. According to the bankers' valuation, the expected market cap after the IPO ranges from 492 billion won to 607 billion won. JNTC would be the biggest IPO so far in Korea in 2020. Established in 1996, JNTC is one of the global leaders in making 3D cover (tempered) glass and connector parts for smartphones.</p><p>The bankers used nine companies including <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/avatec-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:8505:1" rel="noopener">Avatec Co Ltd (149950 KS)</a>, <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/power-logics-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:18598:1" rel="noopener">Power Logics (047310 KS)</a>, and <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/partron-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:11597:1" rel="noopener">Partron Co Ltd (091700 KS)</a> as comparable companies to JNTC. The bankers then applied an IPO discount range of 14.9% to 31.1%, resulting in an IPO price range of 8,500 won to 10,500 won. </p>

Youtube has become one of the most watched contents in Korea, taking away significant market share from other contents including terrestrial TV, cable TV, cinema movies, and other Internet contents. By better understanding what Koreans are watching on Youtube, investors are likely to better understand the fast changing dynamics of the Korean media and OTT industries.
