<li>With the risk of de-listing from the US, a dual-primary-listing in Hong Kong would allow <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/alibaba-group-holding-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:787:1" rel="noopener">Alibaba (ADR) (BABA US)</a> to smoothly transition all its trading from the US to Hong Kong.</li>
