<li>KYEC reached revenue, GM, OPM and Diluted EPS of NT$8,984mn, 35.8%, 25.6% and NT$1.47 respectively in 1Q22.</li>
<li>KYEC could reach to ~10% revenue QoQ growth in 2Q22 because of some orders delayed in Suzhou for COVID-19 controlling measure in 1Q22.</li>
<li>The mainland China smartphone is not strong in 2Q22, but the smartphone chipset testing demand could still be the largest demand in KYEC. </li>

<li>In the first quarter, ASE Holding already surpassed the historical peak of 27% gross margins. And ASE Holding will see that trend continue.</li>
<li>It's a normal phenomenon that ASE Holding is seeing inventory level being higher than before.</li>
</ul>


In the 2Q22 guidance, the revenue for ATM/EMS is ~NT$76.7bn/NT$61.2bn, the GM for ATM is ~27.5% and OPM for EMS is ~8.8%.
In the first quarter, ASE Holding already surpassed the historical peak of 27% gross margins. And ASE Holding will see that trend continue.
It's a normal phenomenon that ASE Holding is seeing inventory level being higher than before.

<li>ASE Holding revenue was NTD$144.4bn in 1Q22, which was 20.9% YoY and -16.5% QoQ. We expect the GM is 19.5% in 1Q22.</li>
<li>ASE Holding could target at NTD$148.1bn/20.5% GM in 2Q22. We expect the gross margin of IC ATM and EMS portions are around 26.8%/9.1% respectively.</li>
<li>We think it should be picking up since 2Q22 because of the seasonality, and it's likely to peak out until 4Q22.</li>
</ul>

Winbond Electronics Corporation designs, manufactures, and sells integrated circuits (IC) and related products.  The Company sells its products in Taiwan, the United States, and Hong Kong.

Global Unichip Corporation designs and produces a wide variety of silicon chips.

ASPEED Technology Inc. is a fabless IC-design house that specializes in server management, PC/AV extensions solution, desktop virtualization and security enhancement. The Company's products range from silicon chips, IPs to software products that enable sophisticated SOC- centric multimedia, praphics and new work applications.

SUMCO Corporation manufactures silicon wafers for the semiconductor industry. The Company produces silicon wafers used to produce solar batteries as well as ultra-high purity quartz used to produce vessels for silicon manufacturing process. SUMCO markets its products worldwide.

Flat Glass Group Co., Ltd is a PV glass manufacturer. The Company also markets float glass, household glass and architectural glass.

Axcelis Technologies, Inc. manufactures components for the semiconductor industry. The Company designs, manufactures and services ion implantation, dry strip, thermal processing and curing equipment used in the fabrication of semiconductor chips. Axcelis Technologies sells their products to semiconductor chip manufacturers worldwide.

ROHM COMPANY LIMITED manufactures custom linear integrated circuits and semiconductor devices for use primarily in consumer electronics.  The Company has plants and sales offices worldwide.  Rohm's subsidiaries include Wako Electric and Apollo Electronics.

Diodes Incorporated manufactures and supplies discrete, logic, and analog semiconductor devices to consumers in the electronics, computing, industrial, communications, and automotive markets. The Company's products include diodes, transistors, MOSFETs, single gate logic, LED drivers, and USB switches.

GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Ltd is a Chinese power company that produces solar grade polysilicon and operates cogeneration plants and in China.

TongFu Microelectronics Co., Ltd. manufactures integrated chips. The Company provides assembling and testing service for memory, microprocessor, micro-controller, hybrid circuit, analog circuit, and other related services throughout China.

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. manufactures power conversion, solar inverters and control systems used in plasma-based thin film production equipment. The Company's systems are integrated in semiconductor, data storage, flat panel display, and other industrial manufacturing equipment that use gaseous  plasmas to depositor etch thin film layers on materials such as silicon and glass.

King Yuan Electronics Co., Ltd. provides integrated circuit (IC) testing services to semiconductor manufacturers.  The Company tests the logic, memory, and burn-in functions of ICs.  King Yuan also specializes in IC reeling, packaging, and wafer grinding.
