If investors still want to trade CXO, here are two suggestions.

<li>All the products that covered by VBP begin to lose logic. Don't be fooled by those positive interpretations. We are bearish on the sectors with downward logic in long cycle. </li>

If there are six changes to the index, estimated one-way turnover is 6.47% and will result in a one-way trade of HK$4,124m.
There is large short interest on quite a lot of stocks and will play an important role in the rebalance.

<li>“Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Drug Sales” was released, which indicated that the online sale of prescription drugs is allowed, but there are certain restrictions and requirements.</li>
<li>The rise of China biotech is based on the historical opportunities of both alpha (individual efforts) and beta (industry development) superposition. It’s unique. Investors shouldn’t expect to “copy” similar paths.</li>
<li>We have noted that some biotech/biopharma have or are considering changing excess capacity to do CDMO. This is caused by too much “bubble” in the market, which is not logical.</li>
</ul>

<li>BeiGene’s product sales in 2022H1 more than doubled YoY, which was a positive sign for commercialization. However, net loss further widened, mainly due to significantly high R&amp;D and SG&amp;A expenses.</li>
<li>Tislelizumab and zanubrutinib are not enough to support BeiGene’s high valuation. The success or failure of TIGIT project will be the key to determine how far BeiGene will go.</li>
<li>So far, it is still an indisputable fact that BeiGene has profitability issues. That's why it's hard for us to be optimistic about this company. </li>
</ul>
