We got bletcherous. </li>
<li>But at a mere ¥10 uplift to ¥1,410, we did not get blandiloquent. That's insulting. But as suggested in the first piece, there was NAVF Risk. And we got it. </li>
<li>NAVF agreed to sell its 24+% to Bain at ¥1,410 in return for being able to buy 15% of the bidco, fully-levered (i.e. they roll in at minimal cost). </li>

But at a mere ¥10 uplift to ¥1,410, we did not get blandiloquent. That's insulting. But as suggested in the first piece, there was NAVF Risk. And we got it. 
NAVF agreed to sell its 24+% to Bain at ¥1,410 in return for being able to buy 15% of the bidco, fully-levered (i.e. they roll in at minimal cost).

Riken also makes pipe fittings, incinerators for industrial waste, and electromagnetic shielding materials.  Riken exports its products to North America, Asia, and Middle East.

The Furukawa Battery Co., Ltd. manufactures batteries.  The Company's products are used for automobiles, home appliances, office equipment, lighting, and aerospace development.  Furukawa Battery has a sales office in Thailand.

Sanoh Industrial Co., Ltd. manufactures various metal and plastic tubes for automobiles and condensers for refrigerators.  The Company also produces seat belt buckles and shoulder adjusters as well as nickel metal hydride batteries.
