<li>In the past several days, the South Korean Presidential Office has announced that it is pushing for a comprehensive inheritance tax reforms.</li>
<li>Although the Presidential Office mentioned it is pushing to reduce highest inheritance tax rates from 60% to 30%, the more likely scenario is to reduce this rate to about 50%.</li>
<li>The lump sum personal deduction of 500 million won or inheritance tax which has been maintained for nearly 27 years could be doubled to about 1 billion won or more. </li>

Although the Presidential Office mentioned it is pushing to reduce highest inheritance tax rates from 60% to 30%, the more likely scenario is to reduce this rate to about 50%.

<li>Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) IPO offering size is estimated to be at least US$3 billion, which would be one of the largest in India and the world this year.</li>
<li>If HMIL is valued at US$25 billion and HMC sells a 15% stake, its remaining 85% stake would be worth US$21 billion, representing 55% of HMC's market cap. </li>

Geely Automobile Holdings Limited operates as a passenger vehicles manufacturing company. The Company provides passenger vehicles development, manufacturing, sales, and other services. Geely Automobile Holdings also exports passenger vehicles.

Great Wall Motor Company Limited, through its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells pick-up trucks and sport-utility vehicles (SUVs) in China under branded names.
