<li>A50 trendline resistance is the bull/bear inflection point. We look for a sell or rejection near 13,700 if not just under this level for  a test on the 12,400.</li>
<li>HSI 21k sell barrier while watching for HK tech rise to run out of steam near 4,500 resistance.</li>

The analysis includes forecasted inclusions and exclusions to all major Asian indices that have significant amount of tracking assets, including estimates of passive buy/sell flow on the stocks. <li>We see seven new listings as potential inclusions to the HSCI in June. One is already a part of Connect while five will be added to Southbound Stock Connect.</li>
<li>We see 19 potential changes to the HSCI in September. Seven of the deletions are on market cap, four on liquidity, and eight due to prolonged trading suspension.</li>
<li>Some of the potential deletions have large Southbound holdings and some of these could be trimmed over the next couple of months.</li>
</ul>

<li>There has been an increase of 700m shares held in HK CCASS for <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/jd-com-inc" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:29043:1" rel="noopener">JD.com Inc. (9618 HK)</a> on 11 April.</li>
<li>The largest part of 421.5m shares is likely the conversion of Class B to Class A shares following Richard Liu stepping down as CEO of the company.</li>
<li>The rest is unknown at this point but could be <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/prosus-nv" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:28104:1" rel="noopener">Prosus (PRX NA)</a> moving their shares to HK to sell-down and use the cash to buy back their own stock.</li>
</ul>


There has been an increase of 700m shares held in HK CCASS for JD.com Inc. (9618 HK) on 11 April.
The largest part of 421.5m shares is likely the conversion of Class B to Class A shares following Richard Liu stepping down as CEO of the company.

<li>HK tech index, JD and Tencent levels are reiterated. Summer cycle lows to set up a more bullish second half of 2022.</li>
</ul>
