<li>While the discussions with MGM Resorts have fizzled out, other potential suitors are reportedly interested. Shares are in a trading halt pending a response to an SGX query.</li>
<li>Genting Singapore trades at a discount to peers. Precedent transactions suggest a potential privatisation price of at least S$1.00 per share, a 33% premium to the last close. </li>

While the discussions with MGM Resorts have fizzled out, other potential suitors are reportedly interested. Shares are in a trading halt pending a response to an SGX query.

<li>Genting, OUE Commercial REIT, and Fraser Hospitality Trust are not exactly beneficiaries to the current tourism rebound. </li>
<li>Only Far East Hospitality Trust has a 100% exposure in hotels in Singapore while CDL Hospitality Trust has 41% of the total contribution from Singapore. </li>

OUE Limited operates as a diversified real estate owner, developer, and operator with a portfolio of assets in prime locations in Singapore. The company focuses its business in the commercial, hospitality, retail, residential and healthcare sectors.

Hotel Grand Central Limited owns, operates, and manages hotels. The Company also collects rent, develops properties, and provides marketing and support services.

Stamford Land Corporation Limited is an investment holding company.  The Company owns and manages hotels and travel agencies.  Stamford Land Corporation also develops and invests in properties.

Wingstop Inc. owns and operates restaurants. The Company specializes in cooked-to-order, hand-sauced, and tossed chicken wings. Wingstop serves customers worldwide.

Indian Hotels Company Limited operates The Taj Group of hotels.  The Company owns or maintains long term leases/licenses for hotels in India, in addition to International hotels.  The Group's hotels are divided into three groups: Luxury, Business, and, Leisure.

Genting Singapore Limited, through its subsidiaries, develops resort properties as well as operates casinos. The Company has casinos and integrated resorts in different parts of the world, including Australia, the Americas, Malaysia, the Philippines and the United Kingdom.

I'd be buying here. Not on account of a possible takeover; but because Singapore's travel/gaming trajectory has greater clarity than that of Macau.
